The Master of Arts focused on Christoform Leadership equips Christian leaders to lead from a life formed in Christ, cultivating the relational, spiritual, missional, and catalytic capacities needed to develop others and participate faithfully in the movement of God.
Rather than approaching leadership primarily through the categories of management, organizational efficiency, or institutional success, Christoform Leadership begins with the person and pattern of Jesus. Students explore what it means to be formed in Christ, lead through relationships, empower others, cultivate communities in which people can flourish, and guide organizations and ministries toward faithful participation in God’s mission.
The program brings together leadership studies, missiology, discipleship, spiritual formation, movement theory, biblical and theological reflection, and practical ministry experience. Students engage leadership not simply as a set of techniques or competencies but as a way of life shaped by Christ. Leadership becomes an expression of identity, character, relationships, service, collaboration, and participation in the movement of God.
Graduates will be prepared to:
Develop as movemental leaders and catalysts by cultivating the character, practices, gifting, and relational patterns necessary to empower others and lead beyond dependence on centralized leadership.
Serve as movement catalysts, church planters, mission strategists, ministry directors, trainers, consultants, and organizational leaders

Revelation paints a clear picture of Jesus. In this 10 week study, we’ll discover what it means to be a disciple of Jesus living in challenging times. We’ll see the mission of Jesus’ disciples along with the gospel they proclaimed.
