Meet Your Instructor

Rev. Surjit brings years of experience working with students, pastors, and missionaries.

Surjit Digal

Rev.Surjit Digal hails from the district of Kandhamal, Odisha. He was raised in a humble family in a country side. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Berhampur. While he was in the junior College , he committed his life for the Ministry. He did his Master of Divinity and Master of Theology (in Christian Theology and Ethics). Currently he is pursuing his PhD. He has served with Mission India Theological Seminary, Nagpur, Maharashtra India in different capacities such as faculty and Dean. In 2014 he was elevated to the top post as principal and served for seven years. Altogether he worked with MITS for nineteen years. After resignation from the post of Principal he returned back to his home state to serve God by serving people in Odisha and beyond. Currently he works as the National Director of Leadership Academy which is leadership coaching wing of Mission India Ministries also he teaches in several Bible colleges as an adjunct professor. He is married to Sucheta who has done M. Div. And M. Th. in New Testament and also served with with MITS as professor and Registrar. They have one son by name Sofick.
